1.Define the test strategy, test plan and test flow for the Function Test of ethernet Product.2.Develop the test sequence with Teststand and LabVIEW.3.Deliver the automation test platform and the software to manufactory and maintain the automation test platform.4.Verify the product software before release, and feedback the issue to RD.5.Document the Product Test Manual and Product Test Command.

1.Maintenance of RF products for industrial automated test bench using software (LabVIEW &Teststand).2.Build automated test bench with the test development team and debug the automatic platform.3.Evaluate the stability of the test bench and take action.4.Keep the test software and product timely update and problem solving as a window of test development team and RD department.5.Leading security products failure analysis to improve the yield, improve quality and reduce costs.6.Improve the process flow for field failure improvement loop.7.Produce PFMEA report for the highly failure rate of product.8.Collaborate with RD, SMT, testing development teams and suppliers to improve product and component performance.9.Coordinate maintenance technicians to work and provide technical support.

1.Definition, development and maintenance of test solution or strategy for 10G TXFP ,TCMZproduction. 2.Testing software development for product verification and manufacturing .3.Support engineering experiment .4.Generate or update the existing document to cover new developed test method definition , test flow and other test related activities.5.Reevaluate and position the test solution via analysis of testing failed.
