• Developed a multi-omic method for endogenous lineage tracing in human tissues via single-cell microsatellite sequencing, increasing cell throughput 10x and reducing cost-per-cell by 1000x compared to existing methods• Designed bioinformatic tools for accurate somatic variant calling of microsatellites in single cells and phylogenetic cell lineage reconstruction• Produced the largest cell phylogenies of human tissues to date allowing for high resolution retrospective quantification of clonal growth dynamics in healthy and malignant tissues.• Integrated co-profiling of cell surface proteins with microsatellite lineages to quantify clonal differentiation biases in healthy human hematopoiesis using graphical models• Implemented Bayesian models to detect native and hyperTRIBE ADAR RNA editing events in nanopore and illumina scRNA-seq data
