• The internship covered many RF blocks and concepts such as: LNA, VGA, PA, Mixers, Attenuators, Passive Microwave Structures, and Antennas. Also, I have designed these blocks on Cadence Virtuoso or ADS.• I have learnt about EM simulation tools such as Sonnet, EMX, Momentum, and ADS.• The final project was to design a wideband mixer in Global Foundry 45nm RF SOI Technology with its layout and EM simulation, achieving the specifications across corners and mismatch.

Siemens EDA AMS Simulation and Modeling Internship 2021__________________________________________________________• The training focused on SPICE basics, how the simulator works, MOSFET modeling, analog IC design automation and optimization, behavioral modeling using Verilog-A and basics of PLL. • I have practiced these concepts by doing labs on them.• The final project was to design a behavioral model of type II PLL using Verilog-A on tanner EDA tools.• I was one of the top achievers with a grade of 97.4%.• I designed the transistor-level PLL in TSMC 65nm with 𝐹𝑜𝑢𝑡=1.92 𝐺𝐻𝑧 and 𝑁 = 64.

ITI Analog IC Design Training 2021____________________________________• I have discussed some analog concepts with the students such as basic MOSFET operation, half-circuit concept, current mirror, etc.• I have helped and instructed the students through designing basic analog circuits on Cadence Virtuoso.• I have graded their lab reports and given their detailed (positive and negative) feedback.

Advanced RF-Mixed Signal ICs Courseـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ• I discussed some concepts with the students such as linearity, noise, matching, and transceiver architectures.• I gave the students tutorials and labs, and I helped them in their project, assignments, and labs.

ITI Analog IC Design Summer 2020_____________________________________• The training was an intensive 90 hours training under the supervision of Dr. Hesham Omran for around 40 days. • I have taken lectures and labs that cover basic and advanced analog IC concepts to verify hand analysis and theoretical concepts by using Cadence Virtuoso.• The training final project was to design a fully differential folded cascode OTA with capacitive feedback and actual CMFB network using gm/id methodology. • I was one of the top achievers with a grade of 98.4%.

Control Lab Training_____________________• I gave some sessions on the following topics: an introduction to Arduino Hardware and Software, some sensors and actuators, and PID control.
