I’m certified in teaching knowledge techniques and course planning and development. 6 years of experience in customer service and quality assurance.A bachelors degree in business administration with a lean six sigma and leadership certification. I have developed and improved the training processes in the company’s I have worked and at OCS (current job). I also developed quality assurance guidelines for OCS to assure our clients a service of quality. Training new hires is a crucial process for any company since it determines the success of new hires and reduces the company’s turnover. Initial training could engage or demotivate new staff; that’s why having the correct training planner it’s a must for any business that wants to be competitive in the market. A proper training must include all different teaching techniques to address different types of learners and learning processes. A well planned and defined training course along with a well prepared trainer, guarantees a low turnover and optimizes operations since the very beginning; and that’s the value I have added to the work places I been and currently am. I’m also an experienced manager. I’m currently the manager for clients operations and Quality Assurance team. I believe in continuous training and improvement. My main objective in managing teams is to develop leaders in advance, so when the time comes, the company has variety of talent to choose from. I encourage emotional intelligence, effective communication and SMART goals to ensure great results among my teams. Our current workforce it’s a new generation, therefore, I strongly believe companies should reinvent their ways of attracting, developing and retaining staff periodically.
