GZTA is an authorized distributor for Nalco chemical company covering Iraqi market , my duty was Study and analyses Iraqi market for chemicals in power , oil and gas business, maintain and deliver value to our customer and being sure our services is meeting their needs .

Duties &Responsibilities: Coordinating resources from Nalco to meet my customer expectations, such as audits, BPGAs.Manage the integrated sales process to ensure effective relations within my customer organization from panel operators to asset managers and procurement.Effectively using Nalco account management tools and processes. i.e. Create and maintain value (CMV), and target account plan (TAP) for account retention and growth.Provide customers with subject matter expertise for process system like Desalters and water treatment like cooling systems, boiler, waste water and pretreatment. Conducting and coordinating customer training seminars. Marketing and Sales Duties &Responsibilities: Preparation of quotations and technical / commercial submittals. Follow up of open jobs and bids towards closure.Communication with the customer and providing after sales service.Selling various equipment, services and chemicals to industrial market. Technically Duties &Responsibilities: Implementation and management of process and water treatment programs for Desalters cooling systems, , and waste water units. Startup and implementation of water treatment programs (corrosion inhibition, scale control, microbiological protection, fouling…etc) Troubleshooting and solving problems on industrial water related systems and provide solution to improve the production and system performance. Coordination with customers’ engineering team, field operators and supervisors.Train the plant staff in job duties, and conducting technical training for water treatment programs . Providing safety training related to process and water treatment chemicals.Report potential environment and safety problems to the concerned departments. Chemical stock management, inventory, and coordination of site deliveries.Site / plant survey, and reporting to the maintenance / safety department to insure that maintenance and safety objectives are met. 

worked as ahead of engineers team in project of water treatment in Semmawa in Iraq my job was supervising and manage the project and study the results which dependent of treated water and study the response of water to the substitution chemical materials to the sedimentation tank, and limit the hours operate the pumping to have the best results to treat water and guide the Specialist engineers to fix any unworked equipment. That project is work with treat 200m3 per hour.

worked with ( AL-TAKUFL com. ) establishing sewage water treatment in a DIWANIYAH IRAQ ,my duty is studying and censorship the steps of treated the sewage water from feed it to the project until treated it and pumping to the river .That project was 20000m3/ day capacity.
