My responsibilities as Materials Issue/Receipt assures a dynamic position involving a broad spectrum of responsibilities within the domain of Materials transportation, handling, supply, management and storageWithin this capacity, I deligently oversee the efficient daily operations of our department, fostering strong collaboration with my project manager, supervisors and colleagues with respect. My distinctive roles and responsibilities include:• Overseeing loading and unloading cargo and materials from trucks delivery points.• Efficient Cargo handling operations • Supervise/assist with picking, un-packing and put-away operations, and assist with processes to improve warehouse effectiveness.• Become fully knowledgeable of all relevant work processes, systems and tools & apply them on the project. And to provide input for improvement when applicable• Review & understand Material Receipt Reports / Ship Release Notes / Packing lists• Meet & offload Incoming materials; assist with inspection and/ or Checking & counting items• Ensure materials are safely stored, in-line with project/vendor requirements• Identify any O&SD & Complete necessary documentation. Understand how & why to Quarantine OS&D Materials• Perform regular warehouse inventory checks.• Interface/work with subcontractors; pick, pack and load materials in line with pick tickets
