• Manage grants portfolio of $1.2 million to support local and national advocacy initiatives and provide targeted technical assistance to civil society organizations• Design, plan and support grants focusing on policy development, public spaces, freedom of expression/censorship and others. • Lead strategy development and oversee monitoring and evaluation of grant activities

• Supervise 5 projects and activities; assist in developing and planning new projects • Provide technical support to project coordinators and project staff • Regular follow-up with donors and sponsors
