o Responsible for developing the organization's Corporate Social Responsibility strategy and identify programs to be implemented internally and externally.o Prepare a yearly CSR action plan for the organization.o Continuously update and finalize strategies.o Collaborate with the various functions to ensure proper implementation of programs and identify ways to enhance the process if needed.o Responsible for preparing Sustainability reports covering the annual performance at the CSR front to be submitted internally and externally, as needed.o Stay abreast with the latest CSR trends and global initiatives.o Analyze & study CSR related sponsorship requests and submit briefs for approvals.o Manage the relationship with non-profit organizations and identify best collaboration opportunities.o Manage volunteering initiatives and ensure proper implementation of activities including all required logistics and PR.o Ensure keeping records of all volunteering initiatives (call reports, post event analysis, pictures, number of volunteers, cost, number of activities, satisfaction rates,..etc.).o Ensure all CSR activities are covered by PR team and Internal Communications.o Responsible for preparing CSR related information for the website and other publications.

o Supervise all the site construction activities o Develop policies to ensure the safe and cost efficient operation of the projectso Forecasting, monitoring of progress of work, and ensure the work are carried out in a given time frameo Mobilization of equipment, manpower and materials at the project site in timely schedule o Execute site inspection, variation orders, engineer instruction (consultant) and incorporate in the shop drawingo Close coordination to the suppliers, consultants and clientso Attends projects site meeting with client, consultant, and supplierso Attends project site meetings, internal, external and technical meetingo Preparation of minutes of meetingo Verify BOQ during the engineering & construction stage of the projecto Check and verify the materials, technical submittals and approvalso Inspect quality of work & quantity of materials to ensure that the contractors comply to the specificationo Preparation of daily site report and monthly reporto Planning and organizing daily construction work activities and inspection request for the consultanto Prepare monthly evaluation for the billing of the sub-contractors.o Prepare of monthly evaluation claims and prepare back up documentso Evaluate additional works and change orders
