As the Mobile App Team Lead at Wave Makers United, I spearheaded the development of Climatify, an innovative app designed to raise environmental awareness. From May 2024 to July 2024, I led a cross-functional team of developers, ensured smooth delivery of key app features, and maintained high coding standards.Key responsibilities included:Collaborated with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define app functionality and UI/UX components.Directed the development process using clean architecture, focusing on modular code, scalability, and maintainability.Led the implementation of BLoC state management for consistent data handling and user experience.Oversaw integration with third-party services, including all APIs.Managed the app's release process, optimizing builds for performance and user engagement across both iOS and Android platforms.Ensured timely delivery of milestones and collaborated closely with stakeholders to adapt to changing requirements.Throughout the project, I applied agile development practices and helped the team navigate complex challenges, resulting in a successful and feature-complete version of Climatify within the designated timeline.
