In addition to my official duties as a section head for the mechanical training section, I perform the following tasks-Preparation of annual operating budget -Prepare a five-year operational plan -Prepare plans for future projects -Preparation and implementation of development plans for employees -Safety representative and member of the team (five-star safety) -Chairman of the Safety committee - Preparing risk assessment for all technicians and all types of jobs- Performing task Analysis and Safe Work Procedures- Conducting Accident Investigation- Performing root cause analysis (RCA)-The establishment of new or additional workshops, laboratories, according to the requirements of other departments in the company
