1- Attending a 40-hour intensive training of trainers (TOT) to deliver 9-step teaching curriculum .2- Learning 20 students how to come up with innovative prototypes through ILI's 9- steps method of products ideation & design thinking.3- Inspire and instruct students on how to engage and embrace the emerging technology of 3D printing & Laser Cutting. 4- Carrying out support extensively both Face-to-Face & Online to ensure students reaching the center-based competition & National competition with teams from other governorates. 5- Learn to hone their communication skills as they develop a Final Pitch. Using the essentials of communication, to learn budding inventors how will they practice presenting products through storytelling and marketing techniques.

- Analyzing current and past financial data and performance. - Preparing reports and projections based on analysis. - Evaluating current capital expenditures and depreciation. - Exploring investment opportunities. - Establishing and evaluating profit plans. - Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement. - Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts. - Providing financial models and forecasting.

- Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts. - Oversee current offerings and come up with initiatives for new products or services. - Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies. - Work with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams. - Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects. - Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition. - Provide in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings. - Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service. - Track all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives. - Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
