I have over several years of leadership experience as a team leader. The skills I learned while in the military will be helpful in other work environments. In my civilian career, it is important to me to complete every task in front of me and to have the ability to make difficult decisions on crucial issues. Being able to take initiative and work with others to complete tasks is one of the qualities that I have developed along the way. If I'm not learning new things, then I still enjoy teaching the skills I have learned
