Mr Omar Salem Al Ameri is working as principal Advisor at Abu Dhabi Municipality For community services Department . He has 33 years experiences as researcher, negotiator ,head and a member of delegations , organizational development expert , executive director and a leader in most tasks assigned. Most of his experience lie in sitting strategies of transforming the work of different departments to meet the future visions. He is also involved in developing the staff of those department he has worked in. He has been successful in achieving his performance due to his own qualities in working with people in any team and his practical approach as a problem–solver to be equally visionary, proactive, accountable and influential.Omar is passionate about helping other potential leaders and transfer his experience to others. Therefore, he worked passionately to get his certificate as a certified trainer in May 2014. Also, he loves to work for and serve public, he is certified as customer services manager from the Institute for Citizen-Centred Service, Canada 2013.Omar is the Founder of the social intuitive “HABBAH” on July 2009. Habbah principal is to use the available sources of the community to do a Nobel work for the community .Omar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic and political science and a MBA degree from United Arab Emirate University.Omar Alameri is also a writer of novels and short stories. His first book " Just a drem" ( short stories) puplished in 4-11-2015 and his second book " colours of love" will be puplished in the second half of 2016.Omar goals include to be the CEO of Multinational Company , and aspires to gain a Phd degree on Leadership and to give professional training and coaching for potential leaders.
