About Omar Alhussein

I am passionate of what I do, very solution oriented, and always positive. With extensive knowledge and experience in management, coordination, communication, MEAL, Partnerships, IM, and leadership. Additionally, I have managed dozens of successful IM projects nationally, regionally, and globally along with my extensive experience in Information and Knowledge Management within Programme Development Department between Lebanon and Syria and deep understanding of Monitoring and Evaluation in addition to my knowledge in programme and support departments such as Grants, safety, HR, finance, and procurement. The key strengths that I possess for success in this position include:- Sustain for four consecutive years fund from ECHO for DRC because of my idea around referrals in addition to fund this project by MADAD, UNICEF. Also manage all donor reporting needs- Onboard, support onboarding and led the coordination between DRC and 110 other Local and International NGOs to join the Referral Information Management System "RIMS"- Managing several IM Systems: Multi sectorial IM System for DRC Lebanon, DRC Jordan, and DRC Syria that includes Protection, Livelihoods, Shelter, Cash, Partnerships, and MEL tools. Also a National and Inter-Agency Referral Management System, and web-based system and database on National level for targeting eligible Syrian beneficiaries, National and Inter-agency distribution Management System.- I have extensive experience in developing programme and donor management tools.- Develop innovative solutions for big issues face humanitarian work generally such as beneficiary feedback, national service mapping, hotline, and integrated programming.
