Responsible for ensuring that the facilities, layout and machinery used toproduce new and existing materials and goods run to their maximumefficiency and output. This includes total preventative maintenance,managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical and robotic equipment(including software programming). Includes people management andbudgetary/cost reporting.This role may report into either the Head of Manufacturing or the Head ofEngineering.oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities

Manage all maintenance requirements and claims in the factory, Site erection supervisions to all projects. Estimate, Analysis & Budgeting of Projects (electrical & mechanical) including but not limited to. General supervision of all maintenance work on site: programming and scheduling of work, estimation of materials and continuous workflow. Monitor maintenance activities for the use of appropriate equipment, methods and resources, and review construction/procurement progress against the execution plan to ensure progress is as scheduled, and identify solutions and corrective actions when evaluation identifies problems. Reporting to management on all aspects of site work: subcontractors’ progress, material shortage, labor unrest, and transfer of personnel/ equipment to other areas.Preparation of Site Mobilization Scheme and general site requirements and presenting to the Project Manager for approval.Preparation of bi-weekly and/or Monthly reports for the site highlighting requirements of plant, material, labor and possible delays, etc. Coordinating works of Subcontractors and prepares correspondence with all concerned parties consultants, Subcontractors, suppliers, clients, etc.Coordinating activities with stores, purchasing department, personnel and engineering services.To ensure all company procedures are being applied: working hours, material requisitioning and returns, security guards, wages procedures, holidays and leave. Ensure proper implementation of site safety requirements and maintain a healthy, safe and tidy site. Erecting, Operating and Maintaining of the Batching & Mixing Plants & Hollow Core Line & PLC programming for Circulation Line & Ice, Child Water Plant & Power generators.Erecting, Operating and Maintaining of Over Head cranes & tower cranes & mobile cranes.Trouble shooting all the machines and process failures.
