- ensure health and safety standards are achieved to keep passengers and the staff safe in the airport and during their flight - provide assistance to passengers with special needs- provide the full passengers needs and answer their questions - Ensure that the travel docs and visas are valid and complete - making the check in process for the passengers after checking their documents and their ability to travel by using Altea , sprint and iport systems - solving the passengers problems and providing full customer service to them- checking the standard weights for the baggages- Ensure that the aircraft has ontime and safe turn around - Dispatch operational messages after aircraft arrival and departure - supervising all the aircraft ground preparations for the flight - supervising the loading process and ensuring the safety measures are complied with- communicating with flight deck and cabin crew , and being the chain between them and the station inside- Reporting any infractions or hazards to the competent authorities
