Develop, implement, provide and execute company’s operational leadership. Establish, communicate and monitor the company’s vision, direction, strategic and operational development, culture, and all personnel/team member selection and assignments. The COO is responsible for all long-range goals, strategies, plans, policies and procedures and utilizes counsel from senior management and legal counsel to move the company towards these established goals and growth projections. Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s operational controls, administration and systems. Lead, coach, counsel, inspire commitment, manage change, reward and train employees as necessary. Responsible for overall day to day company operations.
