• Support ERP System (Sales buzz and Microsoft Dynamics AX.• Responsible for the Security, rules, and Backup from Database of the (Sales buzz and Microsoft Dynamics AX.)• Install, monitor and troubleshoot: core (Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series Switches), aggregation (Cisco Catalyst 4500 Aggregation Switches), access switches (Cisco Catalyst 3850, 3750, 2950, 2960, 2970 Switches).• Configuration, troubleshooting of various Switching technologies like VLANs, VTP, STP, SVI, • Manage all server, including email, domain, telephony, print and backup servers and their operating systems. • Configure and administrate for Network and security devices (Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls Sophos).

• Installing hardware and software system for network, maintaining network system and diverse equipment, Identifying and solving network problems, Assisting and advising network use. • Supervising the performance of system, Managing back-up for all system, • Solving computer user's problem and providing solutions for future reference. • Supporting new software and hardware server network, update Sophos firewall & handle any problem with it.• Create, change and delete their accounts for each request.• Troubleshoot system and network problems, and provide, diagnose and resolve hardware or software malfunctions.
