- Oversee the daily movement of goods between regional distribution centers (DCs) and last-mile facilities (Dark Stores).- Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation logistics to ensure timely deliveries and optimal use of resources (trucks and Dispatchers)- Manage inventory flow between distribution Centres , ensuring stock availability for last-mile fulfillment.- Analyze transportation routes, schedules, and vehicle utilization to optimize delivery times, reduce transportation costs, and improve overall efficiency.- Implement and refine routing strategies that balance cost with service delivery performance, particularly during peak demand periods.- Utilize advanced data analytics tools to monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, cost per mile, fuel consumption, and vehicle downtime.- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth product transfers between the warehouse and the transportation network, maintaining the flow of products without delays.Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of middle mile operations . - Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention and improve the scalability of middle mile operations.- Establish and foster a culture of continuous learning and development, training team members on best practices in logistics management.- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, drivers, and coordinators to ensure optimal performance and productivity.- Collaborate with the last-mile and first-mile teams to ensure a seamless handover of goods and alignment across the supply chain.

Deliver Day 0 training to the new hires which includes Compliance and HR induction, Operational training and Safety trainings.• Create the requried users and permissions related to the onboarding of the new hires on different systems.• Maintain and update the database of the new hires.• Assign and track the e-Learning assigned on the current and newly onboarded Associates.• Deliver training refreshers related to Operational quality, Safety and Compliance to ensure the required level of knowledge of the Associates.
