The project's duration was 8 months. The end result was a major success, the transition was smooth with no issues. Increased Job Plan performance in the process.* Delivered multiple major software functionality enhancements to the product ordering system. Completed these complex projects under pressure in a team-based environment. These functionalities enabled the product ordering system to be more robust which increased customer satisfaction as well as scalability.* Led and implemented the World HQ router hardware upgrade . The project was a success as it increased network reliability and performance.
