1- Beside the day to day activities at the HR department, i also update employees record related to hiring, transferring, promoting, firing...etc2- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees3- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.4 - Government relation.5- Employees contract auditing.6- Reviewing & auditing the company's policy and procedure.7- working with the Operation Dep. in developing a KPI model.8- Compensation and benefits9- On boarding for the new employees.10- knowledgeable in using GOSI, Muqeem, ministry of labor website..etc

Responsible for all the recruitment processes starting with job posting to selecting and interviewing.

* at the beginning of each month i receive a report from my Manager that shows the my monthly target for the collection as well as the customers that i have to contact. * i prepare SOA and email it to each one of the customer. * few days later i have to start calling the Accounting Dep. and check if they have any inquires regarding the SOA. * i also have to pick random companies and pay them a visit. * i either get the cash via bank transfer or a cheque which i have to collect it myself.* after i receive the payment i issue a receipt voucher to the customer.
