I joined Usafi Franchise Limited fresh out of University. It was a start up company based in the service industry specifically with laundry and dry cleaning services. I was tasked with formulating a team and an operating system upon which these services are to be provided. I developed the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the company that are still being used today, I, together with the outsourced accountant managed payroll for the staff under me. I was also head of the marketing division where I created campaigns to drive sales up for the company.I was also lead in B2B contract negotiations with our B2B clients and managed to close 5 key clients who in total almost amounted to 60% of income for the company.
