PMO - PMC Madinah Project Management• Monitor and analyze all key project performance indices against objectives.• Attend to resolve and provide recommendation on major engineer problems.• Coordination the resolution of technical questions between Engineer and Contractor.• Manage and control project s construction activities and identify and manage Risks.• Managing Maintenance Activities and develop related plans and to avoid future failures.• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical/ Electrical work groups at site.• Plans the execution of all Mechanical/ Electrical related works and coordinates the works to Mechanical/ Electrical and civil groups.• Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical/ Electrical groups at site.• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.• Supports the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the Mechanical/ Electrical groups at site.• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards

Implementation of all Electrical work and Low Current Systems in Al-Khair Tower• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all Mechanical/ Electrical related works at site.• Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical/ Electrical and related works prior to execution.• Attending Minutes of Meeting (MOM), Site Tours with all disciplines such as Client, Consultant and Engineers involved in the project.• Perform proactive surveillance inspection to minimize or avoid discrepancy and non- conformance rectification cost and time.• Ensure that work is done as per the drawings with respect to comments from consultant & client.• Coordinating with Technical dept. in case of any issues related to Shop drawings or other technical issues.• Directs and coordinates work with consultants to install, setup and tests electrical systems.• Coordinate Electrical Systems with Mechanical Systems.• Follow-up and monitoring projects activities according to the company business and client requirements and provide the technical solution.• Excellent interpersonal skills in communications, client relations and negotiation.• Ensure overall quality of project deliverables/output.

• Monitor/ maintain document controlling system. • Check as-built drawings to method statements and work program and make sure there is agreement. • Control electrical construction and equipment installation. • Review and check of all submittals prepared for documents, shop drawings, method statements, and as-built drawings and send to concern authority for final approval. • Ensure that all materials submitted and installed at the site according to approved project specifications. • Oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) and safety matters on the site to ensure regulations are adhered to as per the project’s quality plan. • Review shop drawings and ensure their conformance to the design drawings. • Monitor progress reporting and the achievement of goals for projects. • Ensure that the work complies with the contract’s documents. • Evaluate variation orders and claims.• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that all work and associated notifications are closed on time, with specific emphasis on Quality and Costs.• Ensures that all phases of the project are properly & successfully implemented on time. Prepares project progress reports and communicates status to the project team and senior management.

Amends documentation with any changes and enhancements, distribute and communicate changes to functional owner (s). Manages and tracks consultant time sheet to achieve maximum utilization of consultant time and ensure cost savings.
