Gestion des projets d'intégration des nouveaux systèmes.Participer à la construction de la feuille de route de l'équipe Support SI WIN et force de proposition pour répondre aux changements d'attentes et de priorités.Création des user stories qui traduisent efficacement les besoins métiers.Gérer et prioriser le back log des applications gérées par l'équipe support.Gérer les projets d'implémentation, y compris la conduite au changement (Formation, accompagnement...) et le reporting.Coordination avec le MOE et alignement de compréhension par les parties prenantes.Optimiser le ROI (Return on investment) des applications et augmenter l'adoption des applications (supervision de l'usage, dialogue et enquête avec les utilisateurs, gestion des retours (support), création de documentation permettant une plus grande autonomie des utilisateurs,...).Formation Back-office et montée en compétence en terme de diagnostique et résolution des problèmes N1 & N2.

Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the processes and their management• Focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation and simplification in existing processes• Support in approved processes execution, update and correct processes in case it does not meet the expectations• Must be able to influence peers and superiors• Respond to issues, action points, and executive requests• Ensure to fulfill requirements of project stakeholders• Coordinate projects / tasks / processes with other units within organization• To suggest changes and improvements in the processes as well as optimal solution for most efficient inter department communication• To respect and follow internal regulations and procedures• To control Change Management System• Analysis and study of risks and propose relevant solutions.

•Manage 1 Shift by 4 of the Network Supervision Center of INWI (6 engineers).•Responsible for the Service Level Agreement (SLA), service quality and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of the outsourced network & IT operations.•Take charge of network maintenance services, including network monitoring, routine and preventive maintenance, service restoration and provide assurance.•Take charge of network management services, including managing network performance, availability, alarm, configuration and fault management.•Take charge of resources management, including staff, spare parts, network physical resources and logical resources, instruments and tools, cooperation resource, and documentation management.•Should be able to analyse reports & summarise conclusions.•Participate in cross functional meetings with key stakeholders involved in the development and deployment of network services in order to define best solutions for existing, as well as new products and services.

-Monitoring and support level 1:-Backbone IP / FO.-Pack networks 2G / 3G / 4G & CDMA.-Databases, Servers and Billing Services.- Network performance management (KPIs) and IP links.-Perform a proactive QoS analysis and optimize the performance of Internet services or IP / MPLS and Internet networks.-Supervise and provide performance indicators for Internet services or IP / MPLS and Internet networks-Identify, analyze malfunctions, nonconformities, incidents, and problems of infrastructures of Internet services or networks IP / MPLS and Internet in the respect of the SLAs.-Lead actions of preventive and curative maintenance-Provide technical support to IP / Core Mobile media, incident response teams.-Management and monitoring of network incidents.
