After over 7 years as a freelance Audio Engineer, I worked as an audio-visual Project Manager for major auto shows, exhibitions, and trade shows which included configuring and deployment of WAPs for high volume show floors in addition to the audio and visual aspects. In order to spend less time working on-site and on the road, I then accepted a role as an account manager specializing in LED video wall configuration in which I am certified through the Absen ACE program. Due to the effects of Covid on the events industry, I found myself adapting into a remote role as a Health insurance agent. In a short period of time, I passed the certification exam and had attained licensing in 18 states. This current role requires significant customer service skills and the ability to work at a fast pace in order to provide the best options for individuals. I pride myself on being a self starter and self-motivated which is key to working in a remote setting. Currently, in addition to my 40 hour work-week, I am enrolled in a military-style network engineering boot camp through NexgenT and working on obtaining my CCNA by August. My passion has always been in technology and continuing to educate myself as it evolves. I believe in approaching situations with passion, open communication, and adaptability.
