- Interact proactively with clients to identify their financial projects and objectives- Offer solutions, various financing and investment products based on the client’s financial situation- Maintain and improve long-lasting business relationships with clients and solicit new ones- Keep up to date on the products and services offered by the Bank and changes in the industry or competition- Master and use the latest developments in taxes, products, regulations, and compliance- Participate in targeted public activities and ensure a presence in the business community

- Gather information from taxpayers to establish the precise nature of their enquiry or request- Research possible responses or solutions using a variety of internal and external information sources- Provide explanations and/or clarifications to clients over the telephone in response to enquiries concerning the filing and processing of individual tax returns.- Explain various social programs administered by the CRA and make appropriate referrals- Perform various calculations on taxpayer’s accounts and inform the taxpayer of the findings- Contact with taxpayer representatives and/or with officials of other agencies

- Establish and maintain a personalized business relationship with the members- Identify and analyze the needs of members, especially in mortgage matters, develop a suitable solution and prepare an integrated service offer- Advise members on the best strategies to grow their accumulated capital- Ensure the proper use, updating and satisfaction of the products and services offered- Analyze the sources of dissatisfaction and recommend possible solutions- Recommend strategies or solutions aimed at achieving the objectives set by the branch, such as increasing the business volume, healthy risk management, portfolio profitability and improving business relations.- Carry out various promotional activities related to the branch

- Analyze the request and all the documents sent by the applicant- Evaluate financial risks, spending behavior, borrowing and repayment capacity and grant an appropriate loan amount to each client- Grant discounts aimed at customer loyalty and retention- Train new recruits - Verify approved and unapproved loans to improve business performance- Identify areas for improvement with each agent on my team and provide them with the necessary training- Track individual and group statistics and report them on the dashboard- Participate in meetings with managers from other departments to facilitate the transition of files between departments and simplify their processing
