Projects: - Information and Communication Technology in King Salman Energy Park SPARK.- Saudi Aramco Onshore Maintain Potential Program- Telecom and Security Scope- Fadhili Temporary Communication Project of Fadhili Gas Program Project Client: SAUDI ARABIAN OIL COMPANY.Responsibilities• Coordinate internal resources and Subcontractors/vendors for the flawless execution of projects• Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility• Ensure resource availability and allocation• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques• Report and escalate to management as needed• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders• Perform risk management to minimize project risks• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Responsibilities: • Direct on-site construction activities and supervise subcontractors from conception to completion• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with quality and safety standards • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory• Meet contractual conditions of performance• Review the work progress on daily basis and weekly basis• Prepare internal and external reports and dashboards pertaining to job status• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits• Analyse, manage and mitigate risks• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques• Review punch list items with customers and ensure complete satisfaction

• Coordinate all activities within the Outside Plant stream for the project. • Carry out detailed design, calculation and verify and check the design done by others • Check MTOs and ensure that requisition is done with all required documents. • Ensure appropriate engineering methods are applied by all member of the team. • Prepare a Technical Queries. • Ensure all design engineering procedures are followed while doing the engineering • Develop methods and procedures to improve efficiency of the team. • Ensure compliance with health, safety& Environmental responsibilities.

• Prepare and submit all required procedures and redlines drawings • Site/route surveys consisting of all required linear and angular measurements.• Estimate materials, installation costs and engineering costs for outside plant/inside plant engineering design packages.• Supervise of Outside Plant & inside Plant construction to install fiber optic/copper cables at the (Project Site). • Render reports as to the status of the ongoing projects for the weekly and monthly meeting • Review and update IFC drawings Material receiving prior to start any OSP/ISP activities at site.• Coordinate with site manager and make sure that all activities are in accordance with the IFC drawings and related to Saudi Aramco Standards and Specifications.• Assist Saudi ARAMCO Representative to carry out routine inspections and released Hold Points by signing and obtaining the ARAMCO representative approval signature on various Quality Records as proof of inspections conforming to specifications.

• Develop project proposals and agreements for professional services.• Configures and upgraded: PBX, Voicemail systems and CCTV DVR.• Directed all additions, moves and changes on systems and facility wiring.
