The course covers the basics of computer networks with emphasis on the Internet. Students are introduced to networks' architectural and functional principles, essential terminology, working methods and layered approach of the reference models. They get to know the operating model of the TCP/IP protocol stack, the architecture of the Internet, its hierarchical addressing system, the functioning of protocols ensuring basic Internet services.

Huddle and Daily stand-up meetings, Validating P-tasks, Familiarized with Change management process and workflow, Troubleshooting P1/P2 bridges to maintain the service. Enhancing the incident management process, feeding in root cause analysis process, and providing the go-to station for escalated operation technical issues from front-end customer's engagements. Contributed to the daily work of the team as a Problem Management Intern. handling and identifying within the monitoring dashboards (Pingdom, Splunk, and solar wind) how exactly to follow up and progress with a specific technical root cause analysis of a cloud service outage, being a member of a team responsible for SAP’s biggest cloud service full-stack environments.
