Worked on "The Fairways", a million sqm urban development with 165 plots that were developed by third party investors/end users, with 10 appointed consultants and 38 contractors. Al Zorah developed the public domain and the amenities, and overlooked the work and the progress of the third party construction. The District includes Residential Projects (Townhouses, Villas, Buildings), Landscape Projects (Linear Park, Streetscape, Communal Spaces), Community Center, Wellness Center and Golf Club. As a Senior PDC Architect, my role was to manage the project from beginning at early design stages to the final inspection and completion certificates issuance and to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget by coordinating communication between all parties involved, monitoring progress and design integrity, reviewing modification proposals and resolving any issues that may arise.
