- Upkeep of marina operation boats and their equipment, including engines, navigational devices, fire extinguishers, and life jackets, first aid & emergency flares. - Assisting members in loading their boats and launching. - Keep documentation of all daily operations, employee reports, ship positions and movements, ports of call, and ocean and weather conditions. - Monitor the contractors work by adhering to safety procedures - Rescue members boats and tow them back to the marina whenever it’s necessary. - Assisting boats upon departure and arrival. - Report all the damages and maintenance issues inside the marina - Assisting the boats during black water pump-out, and waste disposal. - Transferring members boats between the marina and dry dock upon request. - Cleaning/maintaining marina operation boats/buggy regularly.

- Assisting the boat skipper keep the charter boats "ready to go" at all times. - Participates with docking and anchoring man-oeuvres, handling lines. - Always alert and conduct safety checks for fire and other dangers. - Maintains clean work area on the SITATUNGA boat and in storage areas. - Helping to get boats ready for anti-fouling treatment. - Perform polishing and cleaning of boats. - Help and ensure the guests board and exit the boat safely.
