Responsibilities include: fiscal management; oversight of simultaneous large scale projects with multi-million dollar budgets.Daily management of 20+ employees within five functional areas: Tradeshow operations, Registration, Customer Service, Group Travel and Housing, and Event ManagementResponsible for production and operation of more than 80 tradeshows and special events annually across the country including, Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York, Oversee tradeshow operations annual budget development processDevelop and execute all floor plans, set-up and dismantle schedules Develop and present all pre and post show budget analysis to Senior Management and Event DirectorsInitiate contact, negotiate and secure all venues, General Contractor agreements and vendor contracts for all tradeshows and events.

 Supervised department to insure that SPCH (Sales Per Clerk Hour) goals are met or exceeded on a quarterly and year-to-date basis.  Managed customer service department utilizing a Customer Service Excellence program which increased sales by 2.5%. Monitored and controlled a total of 45 associates’ tardiness and absences through motivation which reduced employee turnover by 13.6%. Formulated annual professional development goals and plans for all direct reports and reviews quarterly. Oversaw total store operations on occasion to ensure all departments are operating at store level standards. Initiated, planned, executed, monitored and controlled various projects from top level management to increase sales, production, and efficiency. Communicated effectively with management, maintenance, scanning, department managers and associates to align shared goals.
