• Manage rewards redemption product features – Pay with Points, Cash Rebate, rewards programs with API partners – cards market.• Onboarding new rewards redemption API partners, managing existing rewards redemption API partners, and ensuring that product features are accurate and up-to-date.• Develop detailed product requirements and conduct market readiness evaluations during testing phases for new launches/enhancements to ensure that product quality and performance goals are met.• Strategize and execute rewards redemption tactical programs to increase customer engagement and manage cost per point, including marketing the rewards redemption product features to our cardholders to encourage redemption & spend loyalty.• Work closely with various internal stakeholders from Marketing, Digital Banking, Legal, Compliance, O&T, Decision Management, Regional/Global Rewards teams for the development and delivery of all rewards redemption programs across channels and tech enhancements, including liaising with the Regional/Global Rewards teams to ensure country technical priorities/enhancements and requirements are met.• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

• Increase total portfolio balance of existing customers base of whom the bank defines as'WealthClients'& those that have a potential to develop into wealth clients by identifying the hidden needs and aspirations of clients and meet them through offering a financial plan specifically designed to meet the needs of each client.• Deal with client's requests to project an image of trust & ensure a zero - error execution of transactional processing.• Maximizing profitability and sales performance by conducting continuous calls to existing and new clients.• Cross selling of the bank's products and services and support both assets and non asset revenue's growth.• Provide exceptional quality service to new and existing Premium clients relationships by providing them with the full suite of financial products & services based on their needs.• Maximize profitability and create client ownership by providing the highest level of customer service through continuous proactive sales calls & visits to existing and new clients.• Develop an action plan to broaden the existing client relationship by to acquiring new client relationships as well as new TMLs.• Achieve sales targets in line with best practice standards of services and acting as a "Trusted Advisor" to the Premium clients.• Adhere to Premium service quality standards and comply with Premium policies and guidelines.• Update all clients' files and ensure that all documents related to client are available in order to comply to KYC and AML Regulations.• Identify and acquire new Premium clients to achieve "New To Bank" targets as well as cross sell targets.• Review existing client relationships to ensure a greater share of wallet and higher cross sell ratios.• Monitor own portfolio (portfolio management) by tracking the progress of Customer base, Asset Portfolio, Deposit Portfolio & Penetration Ratios of products and service.
