• Preparing AR Aging Report on a weekly basis.• Checking and verifying Operation and Sales Documents to issue invoices andsubmitting them to customers. • Verifying Classifying, Computing, Posting and Recording accounts receivable data.• Follow up on, collect and allocate payments. • Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity. • Reconciling and sending Statement of Account to Customers. • Checking SOAs regularly to find out any late payment or disputed invoice. • Assist in VAT Reporting. • Assist and provide accounting data to the internal and external auditors during interimand annual audit. • Interact with key stakeholders to deliver an efficient and effective workforce plan in-cluding processes, reviews, updates, improvements and austerity projects for the clients. • Develop, maintain, and provide routine and ad-hoc reports to management that de-liver visibility to financial results and trends. Analyze financial results, comparing actual and year-to-date performance with prior periods.

• Preparation and input of month end journal vouchers: Depreciation entries, Prepaid expenses entries and Accrued salaries entries.• Bank Reconciliation• Preparing financial statements (Balance sheet, Income Statement, Shareholder’s Equity & Cash Flow)• Follow up and monthly report for Accounts receivables & payables• Petty cash handling, other duties related to accounts• Preparing monthly management accounts and performed general ledger reconciliations• Preparation of invoices, purchase orders, accounts summaries and account statements.• WPS• VAT reporting and filing.
