• Responsible for developing trust relationships with Valmed Pharma andmajor clients.• Ensure target achievement of the account plans and delivery of required financial results.• Negotiated annual contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for fulfillment of each client’s long-term goals.• Identify new market opportunities and establishing new business channels to achieve sales target on monthly basis. • Set clear objectives and develop strategies for each key account.• Enlisting & penetration of increasing market share & achieved high growth %• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust and credibility with the customer.• Follow up all the major accounts (payments, collection, quality of service) with sales team to ensure that all orders are delivered on time to the key customer.• Responsible for preparing reports on account progress goals, and forecasts for each account on monthly basis.• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback to the managements and team workers.
