 The plant Licensed by UOP. Control the production of LAB through DCS (Emerson Delta-V) & follow up with field operators. Responsible for startup & shutdown the plant as UOP procedures. Responsible for Pacol Catalyst changeover as standard procedures.  Troubleshooting during any abnormal case in order to obtain optimum operation. Ensure that all operational conditions meet the maximum performance requirement of the plant. Following P.M activities to evaluate equipment (Pumps, Heater, air coolers & heat exchanger) & avoid break shutdown. Material & energy balance calculations. Following Laboratory reports and taking corrective actions. Responsible for issuing all work permits (Hot, Cold, Confined space & Excavation).• Milestone achievement (successful pre-commissioning, commissioning & start up for LAB plant) since Jun 2022 until Jan 2023 Walk through P&ID and issuing punch list. System Blowing (Air & steam) for each loop according to P&ID. Inerting (air freeing) for each loops according to P&ID. Hydraulic test for any welding activities. Catalyst loading & filling the reactors. Pressure leak test (including PSV testing) & Vacuum leak test. Testing all control circuits & logic to ensure that all meet the required functions. solo run (no load), full load, Meggering & resistance tests for the motors. Checking the direction & bearing test for rotating equipment. Applying drying out steps to ensure system cleaning & keep catalyst in best condition. Investigating problems, diagnosing & solving the faults. Applying analysis after running the plant to measure the performance.

 Working on SAP. Planning & managing for finish good & R.M Preparing BOM for any new items. Calculate consumption, Utilization, Free capacity, productivity, capacity, waste & Efficiency for all machines. Preparing purchase requests & follow it for Receiving. Follow production specifications & Quality control to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost. Preparing daily production report & provide it with Break down & troubleshooting.
