• Develop and implement BIM execution plans and standards in coordination with project stakeholders. Define and enforce BIM protocols, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across projects.• Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors, to facilitate the effective use of BIM throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a central point of contact for BIM-related communication and coordination.• Oversee the integration of various discipline-specific models (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) into a federated BIM model. Ensure proper alignment, clash detection, and resolution among different models.• Promote and facilitate collaborative workflows using the BIM model as a central source of information. Facilitate regular coordination meetings and model review sessions to address clashes, conflicts, and design issues.• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on BIM software tools, standards, and workflows.Conduct workshops or sessions to educate proiect participants on BIM-related processes and best practices.• Utilize clash detection software to identify clashes and conflicts within the BIM model. Coordinate with project team members to resolve clashes and ensure coordination among different disciplines.• Oversee the preparation of BIM deliverables, including shop drawings, As built and schedules. Ensure that BIM-related documentation meets project requirements and is delivered in a timely manner.• Evaluate the effectiveness of BIM implementation and identify areas for improvement. Conduct lessons learned sessions at the end of projects to capture best practices and areas of improvement for future projects.
