this was an interesting role, learned alot when it comes to dealing with customers, having to prioritise your many jobs in correct order and executing them in time, 40% of the time I'd be doing reactive jobs and the other 60% maintenance. I've grown in this company and realise what i want to be doing next is taking that 40% reactive jobs and making it 90%.

this was the most interesting place I've worked at, i got to work with some very interesting and experienced people, who taught and put alot of faith in me, I've learnt to test for leaks in various ways, how to find and repair them, being a mate i was in short time given another mate and appointed to work on my own flats, it was a great experience which.

i carried out routine work, reading drawings and making cuts, lagging and putting brackets. always having to stay ahead of the installers, they worked in a fast pace which made me have to step up my work speading up and also delivering good quality work. it was great practice and I've definetly taken skills away from this
