1 Assist Estimation Department in estimating project material, Labors, equipments and other specification related to projects costing.2 Quantity surveying for items, aluminum bars, glass and accessories.3 Check vendors for best rates with best quality.4 Complete the Project program covering all the B.O.Q items with installation duration for each area and location.5 Describe and assist the Design Department with specification and items location to help them in shop drawing.6 Getting final approval from the Consultants for the shop drawing and materials, method of Statement, specified at the shop drawing.7 Prepare purchase orders for the materials specified in the shop drawing and place the order.8 Organize and supervise labors for site measurement confirmation.9 Place production orders for approved aluminum, glass, cladding, steel, stainless steel for the project.10 Supervise the production process to minimize material wastage.11 Arrange the items of ready site for the installation process and prepare the required equipment for the same.12 Assign the foreman roles for the installation process.13 Installation of the produced items at the site.14 Final Finishing and touch up for the installed items.15 Support designee department to complete as built drawing as per the site dimensions and modifications.16 arrange all the required material warranties documents used in the project from the suppliers.17 Handover the project to the main contractor.
