I strive to learn and improve in everything I do. I have over a hundred volunteer hours in various areas such as nonprofit music centers, food banks and charity events. From these events I have gained customer relations and reception skills. It was with these skills that I was hired as a front desk agent. With the role I expanded upon my skills from volunteering and added on being able to work under pressure and de-escalation. Along the way I expanded my computer skills with a heightened understanding of Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word. I continue to learn ways to improve my professional brand and image even after studying Business at Gateway Community College and the Year Up program. I look forward to continuing this next chapter in my life and proving myself in the industry.
