Operation area manager for AXENS hydro processing units NHT-DHT-CCR -VRU -flare refinery units

Activities:• Create, Review and Approve Plant Change Requests (PCR’s)• Ensure safe working procedures and the implementation there of for all works• Prepare technical specifications, datasheets and calculations for process plant and equipment• Specify/select appropriate equipment for the use & change over • Check, review and develop engineering designs, estimates, proposals, standards and operational guides with other disciplines for operations • Provide effective solutions that minimize risk and maximize safety to operators and plant• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Reports for operational incidents in a timely manner• Provide guidance/review of process and related design methodology• Provide technical assistance for shift leader & operators• Assist with the development and delivery of SWI’s (Safety Work Instructions) and operational training where required• Check modification for the PID, PFD, Data Sheets• calculations of thermal, stream composition and material balance sheets; • review PIDs, data sheet preparation, emissions and consumption of chemicals • Using simulation software like HYSYS & Visio for different process cases;• Revamp case study and energy efficiency program;• Preparation of technical documentation for safely start up , shutdown ,maintenance • Providing technical assistance in case of emergency• During normal operation: checking all process parameters and quality analysis of feed and final product; • Recording the process parameters, deciding for and applying corrective measures in case of non-conformity; writing process analyses and technical reports• Revamping study cases of plant modifications, energy efficiency calculations, design of a completely new piping system• Preparation for daily instruction , daily reports, weekly and monthly reports• Preparation for shutdown and start up procedure and instructions • Preparation for monthly KPI for every process
