I am a reliable individual who has a keen eye for success and my vast experience is in customer focused environments that would benefit any organisation.Current Responsibilities and Personal Skills:To build and support Virtualised Infrastructure (VMWare ESXi, vSphere, vCentre).Work closely with IT Manager to manage and lead IT infrastructure projects.Troubleshooting Windows Servers, including AD, GPOs, DHCP, DNS and Exchange.To build and configure servers both; physical and virtual including managing Data stores (NAS, SAN) and VMs migrations.Create Backup and Disaster Recovery plans and ensure backup of all the servers is undertaken regularly using; Veeam Backup and replication, Shadow Protect, Storage Craft Image Manager, Exec Backup and Altro Cloud Backup.To maintain Network Security using appropriate Firewall solutions & Antivirus technologies such as Sophos, WebTitan etc.Configure Storages SAN/NAS - Dell EqualLogic, Barracuda and other online solutions.To ensure high maintenance is undertaken regularly, of the entire server group i.e. Exchange, Management, database, Terminal etc.Provide support for communication systems, e.g. ShoreTel / Mitel IP telephony, 3CX, 8x8, video conferencing, Skype for BusinessProvisioning and configuration of various devices for engineers using the MDM platform (MaaS360).Monitoring various dashboards and reports on a daily basis as well as problem solving any issues arising.Liaise with third party suppliers and vendors to raise purchase orders for IT equipment. - Good exposure of procurement. Recent involvement with the migration of Exchange systems to Office 365 with ongoing administrative support for Office 365.Provided team leadership to the IT team for a year.
