Key Responsibilities:* Preparing Shipment Advise For Shippers Based On CFS Report and Carrier Shipment Advise.* VGM Submission.* Consoling All The Data's In YUNAS SYSTEM For Various Shipments (Japan, HongKong, Taiwan, India, Australia)* Collecting Shipping Data (Drafts) From Shippers.* Preparing HBL via YUNAS SYSTEM & Send To Customer For Confirmation.* Creating & Issuing FCR. * After Getting Confirmation From Shippers Submitting Shipping Instruction (SI) To Various Shipping Carriers (ONE, WHL, OOCL, SITC)* Communication With Both Shippers & Carriers Regarding Document Corrections (If Needed).* Getting Information From Carriers Regarding Vessel Sailing Confirmation/Delay. * Informing Shippers About Vessel Sailing Confirmation/Delay Through Mail & Over Phone. * Communicating With All Nominated Carriers Regarding MBL Correction, Container Shut Out, Vessel Schedule etc via Mail & Over phone.* Tracking Shipment & Container In & Out.* Local and Overseas Invoices.* House BL Release.* Giving Pre-alert via YUNAS SYSTEM.* EGM Submission via ASYCUDA System.
