Experience in Physical Security - 11 years in the security field which includes corrections and security.- 6 years of physical security supervisory, training and management experience of up to 85 personnel.- 4 years of physical security project management.Experience in Psych and Addiction- 10 years in de-escalation and counseling adults and children in acute psychiatric unit. - 2 years experience in peer recovery - 1 year experince in community psychiatric rehabilitationExperience in Church Ministry- 20 years of ministry experience in church ministry as a pastor, missionary and teacher- 10 years of managing a 501c3 non profit organization- 1 year as a volunteer chaplain
