I worked as an IT Architecture Engineer in the Technological Services Management. I developed the SOA Government Model, for which I have described the principles, policies, processes, procedures and other work deliverables that are required for the operation of governance services.

I worked as Project Manager for the following clients: Software Factory of Seguros Bolívar, ATH and Porvenir; Implementation of the SOA services governance for Banco de Occidente, Banco de Bogotá and CCB; and Demand Management Leader for FNA.

I worked as an Integration Architect in the Bancolombia Innova Project and later in the End to End Solutions Design project, based on the IBM websphere suite. Additionally, during this period I worked for several clients in the implementation of the Governance Model of SOA Services using WSRR.

I worked as technical and functional Leader in the Project of automation of the Mortgage Loan Process for Bancolombia, then as IT Architect in the Innova project of Bancolombia and finally as Test Leader of the Delivery Management project of ETB.

I worked as a Project Implementation Manager for OSS (Operational Support Systems) Management Area. I led the following projects: Relationship Portal for Technical Assistance to Telefónica’s Corporate Clients in Latin America; Balanced Scorecard for the Vice Presidency of Network Services; and ESTELA Relations Portal (ESTELA is Escuela Técnica de Telefónica Latinoamérica). Portals were developed using IBM Websphere Portal.

I started here my professional career as a practitioner, and after that I worked as a Consultant doing the following activities: Functional Leader, Technical Leader in projects of the following customers: Banamex, Banco Central Hipotecario, Banco Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Banco de Crédito, Banco Popular, Banco Santander, Banco Uconal, Banco Superior, BROU (Banco de la Republica Oriental de Uruguay), Conavi, Concasa, Grupo AVAL, y Superintendencia Bancaria de Colombia.
