• Following up on work orders and determining the quantity of raw materials consumed and production requirements for each order• Operating machines and correcting product defects.• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.• Analysis of repetitive equipment failures.• Planning and completion of Preventative Maintenance schedule.• Supervise and monitor the mechanical installation, repair and maintenance works, ensures that the jobs are carried out in accordance with established company procedures and standards.• Close coordination/communication with other departments in order to facilitate the mechanical repair and preventive maintenance job.• Overhauling, replacing parts according to schedule and fitting new parts.

• Prepare shop drawing and materials submittals.• Prepare installation method statements and inspection test plans.• Ensuring that all materials used, and work perform as per specifications.• Supervise the work and give necessary clarifications to consultant.• Following Up the progress of the mechanical works at site• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
