Experienced Specialist with a demonstrated history of working at BT as part of a cable gang preparing businesses for fibre. My second term was at BT Openreach, being a fitter engineer and having an electrical background made life so much more easier, this is where I proved myself in this sector with fault finding and installations but the challenge was overcome very quickly. I have been working as a skilled engineer in single, polyphase as well as CT AMR metering, working on multi rate & new connections also fault rectification not forgetting the most enjoyable part of working as a meter operative along side debt and revenue protection services identifying illegal connections, abstraction and service alterations issues with commercial & domestic energy suppliers. I have just completed my gas training and have added a further skill set to enhance my progress in the industry by becoming a hybrid engineer. I have management and coaching experience dealing with new starters & apprentices in bringing their skills to high standards also working safely and working to company procedures. I’m a strong believer in getting the job done right first time with a eye for detail & always leaving a quality job never fails to impress. I have now started my new position as a field performance coach. I am really excited to have been promoted to this position as I can now share my skills and quality with a fresh new team and learn new skills along the way. My role is more of a field manager role since my duties include dealing with customer complaints, CAT1,2&3 incidents and many other scenarios to learn along the way. Everyday I learn something new!
