 Prepare method of analysis (MOA) for new “Pharmaceutical & Cosmetics” products. Prepare Analytical Method Validation (AMV) report for non-official products. Prepare Comparative in-vitro dissolution report required for R&D trials.  Revise Analysis of formulation trials performed by R&D Formulation Team. Prepare NODCAR files for EDA submission.  Reply to EDA comments on NODCAR files (Perform the required changes or submit the required guidelines as evidence). Participate in CTD files. Prepare SOPs for new instruments according to its user manuals.  Perform On Job Training for R&D team on new SOPs.

 Perform Analytical test methods development for new products  Perform Comparative in-vitro analysis required for R & D trials and its profile  Perform Analytical Method Verification for official products.  Performing analysis in the accelerated stability testing of R & D batches Analysis of formulation trials performed by R & D Formulation Team Ensure the new product analysis results conform the product specifications Perform SOPs for new instruments.  Supervise chemical and physical testing. Handling On Job Training for QC specialists. Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions.  Handling and standardization of working standards. Perform analysis of finished products in all production stages, starting material, and packaging material.  Perform analysis of purified water samples.  Perform and update QC documents (test methods, Specification SOPs, and Certificate of analysis for finished products, starting materials, and water samples). Dealing with chemical and physical instruments as HPLC (Waters & Knauer), UV-Vis Spectrophotometer (Shimadzu), Potentiometer (Shimadzu), Flam Photometer, Polarimeter, TOC analyzer, conductivity meter (Jenway), pH meter (Mettler Toledo), Melting point, LOD tester, Dissolution tester (Guoming), Disintegration tester (Guoming), Hardness tester (Guoming), and Friability tester (Guoming).

 Work as Quality analyst for finished products of company.  Performing Analysis for raw materials and make sure of it is meet the International requirements as B.P, USP. Observe production lines from the preparing stage until the final stage.  Perform analysis of distilled water samples.
