I am a supervisor at Aura Group, a leading hospitality company that operates several fine dining restaurants in different countries. I have been working with Aura Group since October 2022, and I have supervised two of their restaurants: tatel, a Spanish fun fine dining restaurant, and Em Sherif, a Lebanese fine dining restaurant that opened during the World Cup. I am also a business administration and management student at the Lebanese University, and I expect to graduate in November 2023.As a supervisor, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurants, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and hygiene, managing the staff, inventory, and budget, and resolving any customer complaints or issues. I have also contributed to the opening and launching of Em Sherif, coordinating with the head office, vendors, and media, and training the new team members. I have developed strong skills in administration, catering, and team leadership, as well as a passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction. I am eager to learn from and collaborate with other professionals in the industry, and to bring my diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
