Responsibilities as Information Security Manager at Sounbula Mills FZE:staff and external parties. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures. Manage and coordinate third-party vendors. Bridge gaps between internal Audit systems and assess their outcomes. Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. Ensure security and availability of data and network.

 Overseeing inspection and maintenance programmers. Overseeing development, implementation and enforcement of organizational information systems and security policy, recommending guidelines, operating procedures and technical standards. Providing technical support to network, systems, support team, line managers and performing risk analysis to prototype possible approaches to implement the corrective solution. Developing the infrastructure and systems to meet the company’s needs.

 Meeting customers and handling & prioritizing problems. Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash. Escalating and identify any critical issues. Communicating with third party technical specialists. Involved in the roll-out of software updates and patches. Acting as the first point of contact for all IT & technical queries. Installing and configuring Security systems using different build technologies.
