I was a supervisor of almost 100 multinational technicians in Ruwais Refinery Main Workshop. Which we are giving services for the whole Ruwais Refinery plant in main workshop. Ruwais Refinery Main Workshop consists of machine shop (lath, boring, milling ….etc), heat exchanger workshop, heavy equipment’s workshop, valve shop, welding and fabrication workshop, Hvac workshop and civil workshop. Furthermore, I was working with Maximo all the time by raising and closing work orders, raising purchasing requests and material requests. I have been promoted in mid of 2016 as a maintenance coordinator. Maintenance coordinator is a part of operation department with maintenance experience to coordinate and assist Maintenance Department by evaluating, planing and control jobs criticality’s, priorities, and arranging special tools and spare parts for equipments.Maintenance coordinator always reporting to the Operation Department Manager after a discussion with Section Heads and Shift Controller. Maintenance coordinator responsibility is to coordinate between operations and maintenance which he make sure every thing is operating normal and safe with high quality maintenance for all equipments with good planning to maintenance and solve all equipments problems with taking care of manufacturer procedures.
